LIVE ON ZOOM FREE TO ATTEND Hosted for The Men of Hollywood

Automate your business with AI. In 30 minutes, without the jargon.

Most AI advice is written for engineers. This session is written for the person who owns the business, signs the checks, and is tired of watching leads go cold overnight. We open a real account and show you what is actually running inside it.

The run of show

Exactly what happens between 11:45 and 12:15.

No warm-up, no forty-slide intro about what a large language model is. The screen share starts almost immediately.

Where the money actually leaks

The four places a small business loses revenue without noticing: slow first response, follow-up that stops after one try, quotes that never get chased, and reviews nobody asks for.

11:52 8 MIN

A lead comes in. Watch what happens.

We submit a form live and follow it end to end. Text out in under a minute, qualifying questions asked, calendar offered, owner notified. All of it visible on screen.

12:00 8 MIN

The part everyone gets wrong

Where the AI is told to stop and hand off to a person. Approval steps, guardrails, and what happens when a customer asks something the agent has no business answering.

Your first move on Monday

One workflow to automate first, chosen by how much it currently costs you. Plus the two things to fix before any AI touches your business.

12:12 OPEN

Questions, answered straight

Bring a specific problem from your own business. Those get the best answers, and we stay on past the half hour if the questions keep coming.

Thirty minutes, and you can bring your own problem. Register now and send us the bottleneck you want covered. We build it into the demo.

Tuesday, 7:40 PM. A customer fills out your form.

Here is the same 12 hours, run two different ways.

How it runs today

The lead waits until someone opens a laptop.

  • Form lands in an inbox at 7:40 PM. Nobody sees it.
  • First reply goes out at 9:15 the next morning.
  • They already booked the competitor who answered at 7:44.
  • No follow-up after the second attempt. The lead goes cold and stays cold.
How it runs after

The lead gets an answer before they close the tab.

  • Text goes out at 7:40 and 50 seconds, using your words.
  • Two qualifying questions asked. Answers land in your CRM.
  • Real openings offered from your actual calendar.
  • You wake up to a booked appointment and a summary, not a chase list.
We build the right column live, on screen. A real account, a real form submission, and the whole thing runs while you watch.

Three businesses. Three different first moves.

The right place to start depends on where your time actually goes. These are the patterns we see most often, and we walk through each one live.

Contractors & trades

Estimates that never got chased

You send a quote. The customer means to reply and forgets. Two weeks later they hire the company that called them back. What fixes it is a follow-up sequence that runs on its own for 30 days and stops the second they respond.

First move: automated quote follow-up
Front desk staff at a medical practice handling patient intake
Clinics & practices

The front desk is drowning in the same six questions

Hours a week answering what insurance you take, where to park, and whether you can move an appointment. None of it needs a person. What does need a person is the call that comes in worried, and your staff can finally take it.

First move: intake and scheduling agent
An accountant working through client documents and financial records
Professional services

Chasing clients for documents is the whole job some weeks

Chasing is the part nobody gets to bill for. A reminder loop that knows who has sent what, escalates politely, and flags the three clients genuinely stuck gives you back the week you were supposed to spend on actual work.

First move: document chase automation

Worth 30 minutes, or worth skipping.

We would rather you know now.

Come if

  • You own or run the business and can decide to change how something works.
  • Leads, quotes, or appointments move through your hands and sometimes fall through.
  • You've heard AI could help but every explanation so far was written for a developer.
  • You want to see software working, not hear a description of it.
  • You have a specific bottleneck and want a straight answer about whether AI fixes it.

Skip it if

  • You're looking for prompt tricks or a ChatGPT tutorial.
  • You want a technical deep dive on models and architecture.
  • You're hoping for a tool you install once and never think about again.
  • Nobody in your business touches leads, customers, or scheduling.
Still reading? That's usually a yes. Free, thirty minutes, and the recording lands in your inbox either way.

Mike Kushevsky, founder of mosAIQ
Your host

Mike Kushevsky

Mike runs mosAIQ, where the work is implementation rather than advice. His team builds AI into the systems a business already uses, then stays accountable for whether it actually moves the number it was supposed to move.

He has sat on the other side of this. Most of the businesses he works with are not technical, have no interest in becoming technical, and just want the phone answered and the follow-up sent. That is the audience this session is written for.

Before you register

Is this actually free, or is there a pitch at the end?

It's free, and there's no hard sell waiting at the end. We show you what we build and how it works. If you want help implementing it afterwards, mosAIQ does that for a living and you can book a call. If you'd rather take the ideas and build it yourself, that's a fine outcome too.

I can't make it live. Should I still sign up?

Yes. Everyone registered gets the recording by email afterwards. The Q&A is the part you'd miss, so come live if you can swing the half hour.

Do I need any technical background?

None. If you can use email and a calendar, you'll follow everything. Nothing gets explained in code.

My business is small. Is this only for bigger companies?

Small businesses usually get more out of this, not less. When there are two of you, the hours automation gives back are a much larger share of the week.

What happens to the information I enter here?

It goes into the mosAIQ CRM so we can send your Zoom link, a reminder, and the recording. We don't sell or share it. Reply to any email and you're off the list.

Will you cover my specific industry?

Tell us which one in the registration form and we'll work it into the examples where it fits. The workflows we demo apply across trades, clinics, brokerages, retail, and professional services.

What does it cost to actually implement this?

It depends on which workflow you start with, and we'd rather say that than quote a number that means nothing. Some of what we demo you could set up yourself in an afternoon. Ask during the Q&A and you'll get a straight range for your situation.

That's everything. The rest happens live. Wednesday, August 12 at 11:45 AM Eastern. Twenty seconds to register.
